Job description:
We are seeking an Amazon Marketplace Manager to take ownership of our Vital Nutritive Amazon store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of the store, including direct coordination with our external Amazon agency, product listing optimization, and advertising performance.
This role is essential to ensure the continued growth of the brand on Amazon through strategic oversight, daily operational management, and strong analytical insight.
The key responsibilities are:
Amazon Store Management
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Vital Nutritive Amazon store.
- Monitor and optimize product listings, images, pricing, and content to ensure visibility and conversions.
- Track and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and maintain account health.
- Act as the main point of contact with Amazon Account Managers, attending calls to align on performance, upcoming actions, and new features.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve issues related to Amazon policies, account status, or listing restrictions.
Agency Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the external Amazon agency.
- Follow up on deliverables and campaigns, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with the agency to troubleshoot issues and align strategies with brand goals.
Amazon Advertising & Analytics
- Plan, monitor, and analyze Amazon advertising campaigns.
- Use data and performance metrics to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, ad performance, and other KPIs, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
Market & Trend Monitoring
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon algorithm changes, new advertising tools, and competitor trends.
- Identify new growth opportunities, product trends, and optimization strategies.

Minimum requirements
What weโre looking for:
- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
- Experience in the health & wellness or supplements industry.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC and campaign optimization.
- Experience working with or managing external Amazon agencies.
- Proficiency in analyzing eCommerce KPIs and performance reports.
- Experience with Walmart marketplace is a strong plus โ particularly store setup and understanding of platform operations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Advanced English (C1 or higher) is required. Spanish is a plus.
