We use performance marketing, media, and machine learning to drive measurable growth across a portfolio of in-house and affiliate brands, including our flagship brand in the health and wellness space, Vital Nutritive.

We’re now hiring a PPC Specialist to help manage and scale our Google Ads campaigns.

You’ll be managing end-to-end campaign execution for multiple brands, running keyword research, setting up ads, analysing data, and helping us scale conversions efficiently.

This is a high-impact role that reports directly to our PPC Lead.

How you’ll contribute

In this role, you will launch, manage, and optimize high-budget PPC e-commerce campaigns for both our proprietary brands and affiliate brands in the Health and Wellness sectors.

Key responsibilities are the following:

PPC Research:


  • Product Research: Conduct research for new products, including keyword analysis, competitive benchmarking, and offer evaluation.
  • Keyword & Market Analysis: Identify the best-performing keywords and market opportunities by assessing competition, search volume, and CPCs.
  • Offer Evaluation: Research and assess the potential of offers in the PPC market to determine feasibility and profitability.

Campaign Creation & Launch:


  • Campaign Setup: Create, configure, and launch PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Continuously monitor campaign performance, making adjustments to bids, keywords, and ad copy to optimise results.
  • Conversion Tracking: Set up and manage conversion and event tracking using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Openhermes to monitor ROI and performance.

Site Structure & Content Review:


  • Review Site Setup: Collaborate with content writers to review content, links, and site structure on comparison sites before launching campaigns.
  • Ensure Alignment: Ensure that the content and site setup are aligned with PPC campaigns for seamless integration and optimised performance

Reporting & Analysis:.


  • Data Analysis: Analyse campaign performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Optimisation Decisions: Use data-driven insights to make optimization decisions, including adjusting bids, keywords, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
  • Reporting: Create detailed campaign performance reports using Supermetrics and other analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

Partner Communication:


  • Offer Management: Maintain open communication with partners to ensure that all offers are functioning correctly and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with partners to monitor offer performance and optimise for better results.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:


  • PPC Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC industry news, tools, and best practices to implement cutting-edge strategies.
  • Proactive Strategy Suggestions: Actively suggest and test new strategies to scale accounts, improve performance, and stay competitive in the market.
  • Account Scaling: Use analytical insights to identify scaling opportunities and suggest strategies to grow accounts performance.

Minimum requirements

What you’ll need to succeed in this role


  • 1-2 years in PPC for e-commerce, ideally in competitive sectors, with expertise in Google Ads and Bing Search.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns with structured budgets and performance goals
  • Strong data-driven approach with excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Advertising Editor, SEMrush, and Supermetrics.
  • Solid understanding of KPIs, metrics, and performance optimization strategies.
  • Up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices, with a keen interest in continuous learning.
  • Attention to detail & multitasking: Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus points: Experience with product comparison/review sites, especially in the Health & Wellness sector.
  • Curiosity & proactiveness: Always eager to test new tools, strategies, and creative approaches to improve performance.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English (C1 or higher) is required. Spanish is a plus.
